About Providing Personal Information to Third Parties

The Foundation appropriately manages the personal information that it obtains about individuals related to it, and will not provide an individual’s personal information to a third party without receiving the individual’s consent in advance. However, an exception to this rule shall be made in the following cases.

1. Providing the information is required by law.

2. Providing the information is necessary to protect somebody’s life, person or assets, and it is difficult to obtain the individual’s consent.

3. Providing the information is necessary to improve public health or to promote the wholesome rearing of children, and it is difficult to obtain the individual’s consent.

4. If is necessary for the Foundation to cooperate with the execution of the legally prescribed duties of a national government agency, a local municipal agency, or a party that has received a mandate from either of these, and it is difficult to obtain the individual’s consent.
